101 FUNDAMENTALS

Find Your Core

Learn the fundamentals. This small group class teaches you the basics of how to move and perform basic lifts. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. This class is offered free on Monday at 7:15pm.
