We are currently open with our regular schedule and are closely monitoring updates as they happen.
HERE IS WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
If you feel ill in the slightest, do not come into the gym.
Thoroughly wipe your equipment down after class. Wipes are in a nationwide shortage, but we have sanitizer and paper towels to wipe down your equipment before and after use. To help supply last, please do not use an excessive amount.
Avoid high fives and handshakes with members and coaches.
Wash your hands before class as you come into the gym, between tiers, and immediately after.
If you do not wish to share equipment, you do not have to. We will do our best to accommodate you in any way that we can within logistical reason.
Please try to leave your children at home if possible. If you must bring them to the gym try to give them a tablet or something to keep them entertained so they stay in the designated kid’s area. All children must stay off the main floor and all of the workout areas unless participating in the CrossFit Kid’s class.
We will remain open as long as possible unless were ordered to close our doors. We encourage all of you to do what feels right for you and your family through these tough times and know we’re all in this together.
Try to refrain from Canceling or Holding your memberships if not financially necessary. Our goal is to keep paying our staff regardless if we’re forced to shut down.
Online classes and at home workouts will be implemented as of this Monday 3/16. This is a great option for those of you that wish to keep your membership active and stay at home in the meantime until this all blows over.
