3-4-5 Front Squats @135#/95#

12 Synchronized Burpee Double Bar Hop
Each partner will complete the sequence of 3 Hang Cleans, 3 Front Squats, 4 Hang Cleans, 4 Front Squats 5 Hang Cleans, 5 Front Squats. While P1 is working on sequence P2 will be holding a deadlift bar. They will switch after the entire sequence is complete and then perform the Burpees together.
