CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades. Glassman, CrossFit's Founder and CEO, was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health.
CrossFit Kids is for any child 5 – 14 years old who is excited to come move and play and is ready to listen a little in order to have a whole lot of fun! CFK is not just watered down CrossFit, though it shares the hallmark of modification and scalability that makes CrossFit so unique. Children’s physiological, social and psychological needs and motivations are different from adults. The programming and implementation of CFK reflect these differences. Classes start at 5:15PM for CFK, and 6:15PM for Teens. We also offer kid care between 5:15 - 7:15 PM Monday - Friday. For more information click here!

CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program geared towards improving performance, fitness, and endurance sports potential. It differs from traditional long, slow distance training by eliminating unnecessary volume and instead focusing on proper technique followed by increased intensity. This reversed hierarchy reduces your risk of injury while making you a faster, more efficient runner.

This club provides athletes the opportunity to continue to develop their Clean, Jerk, and Snatch. Athletes will learn and utilize technique drills and progressions for training the Olympic lifts.
